Who's Behind The Bouncy Castle Network?

As an experienced inflatable hirer, Eddie built one of the UK’s largest inflatable hire companies over a 15-year period and is the driving force behind the Bouncy Castle Network. Dealing with our customers on a day to day basis, Eddie provides valuable industry experience to both new and experienced hirers, helping to refine the features in our platform with the feedback from over 2500 hirers around the world.

Thanks to Aftab’s creative skills in design, branding, marketing and having an uncanny ability to plan ahead, Aftab has steadily crafted BCN from its early origins into the industry-leading brand for bouncy castle operators we see today. With over 22 years in corporate branding, web design, packaging, exhibition design, online and offline marketing for companies like Suzuki, Disney, Zen Internet, Swan Moulinex and American Express, Aftab has been instrumental in giving every customer a brand they can be proud with open access to one of the most experienced graphic designers in the UK.

As a recently qualified designer and retail sales extraordinaire, Haseena has been around BCN since a young age as she is the very talented offspring of our Creative Director Aftab. You may have met her at the various tradeshows BCN attends, now joining the Booking Online team Haseena has already brought a vibrant attitude to the office, and is quick to make sure that all the day-to-day processes are followed and QA is top notch. A natural when it comes to creativity, Haseena also helps the Technical Support team helping our clients websites go live, dealing with the day to day support requests.

As Eddie’s other half, Fiona’s experience in running bouncy castle hire businesses spans over 20 years. This knowledge has been critical in fine-tuning the BCN system to make it work for everyone. Always looking for areas of improvement and managing the BCN office, Fiona keeps a close eye the office environment to make sure everyone is happy, and performing to their optimum levels. Keeping a bunch of web developers in check is no easy task, but it’s a skill that Fiona has mastered to the highest level!

When it comes to programming - our full stack developer, and latest addition to team BCN, Farrukh brings a new level of technical experience! As our Lead Developer behind the scenes, Farrukh works to streamline the systems that power the Bouncy Castle Network to make sure we remain at the forefront of technology. Working closely with the development team, Farrukh is helping shape the most powerful system in the world for bouncy castle hirers, and continues to work on new functions to making it every better, faster, more user friendly and secure so our customers continue to thrive in this vibrant industry. Unlike many of the team at BCN, Farrukh is very proud of the fact that he not sworn since 2011. We’ll give him 6 months before he breaks his winning streak!

With our continued growth at Bouncy Castle Network - 2019 has already seen three new starters join BCN, John Nicholson, Haseena Ali and on Monday we welcome Eve. Coming from a telecoms background, Eve's been working for a brand name broadband provider for a few years, helping to diagnose line faults, liaise with technical teams and pretty much do what we do here but in a really boring industry. A grade 8 pianist, singer, author and a keen interest in coding Eve is a perfect fit for the Booking Online tech support team, bringing some much needed assistance to our resident gurus and guruettes.

Gifted skier, GB athlete and youth Olympian, Daisi joins the BCN customer support team making sure our customers receive the best service and support, as and when they need it. As the daughter of BCN CEO Eddie Daniels, Daisi has grown up around the BCN family, and has hands-on experience in managing BCN websites and working in a party rental business since a young age.
